Job SummaryUnder the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the HRBP-Compensation and Benefits, will be responsible for analyzing, researching, benchmarking and recommending adjustments to employee compensation structures to ensure fair pay practices aligned with BCPL’s goals, market trends and compliance. This role will be responsible for conducting job evaluations, completion of salary surveys and the development of compensation and workforce planning reports. This role will also administer BCPL’s benefits programs to include ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations regarding benefits, including COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA. Vendor management will also be a key function of this role. A variety of human resources functions are performed within the organization.
