Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to designated business units, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. This role is responsible for providing expert HR guidance, driving workforce strategies, and ensuring a high-performance culture within the organization. This role is responsible for collaborating closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives, they will provide advice and counsel on employee relations, labor relations, talent management and development, performance management and HR related compliance matters.Essential Functions
