Under the direction of the Human Resources Director and the day-to-day partnership of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) the HR Assistant provides support to the HR Team. The HR Assistant is responsible for maintaining the HRMS, as well as the digital employee records database. This includes uploading information creating reports and maintaining accuracy of information and compliance. This role is also responsible for maintaining employee records, processing employment changes, such as new hires promotions, merit increments and separations.
