Under the direction of the Chief External Affairs Officer (CEAO), the Senior Manager of Partnerships & Public Programs leads community partnership initiatives and oversees public programs that address community needs. This role collaborates with the CEAO, department heads and branch managers to develop, implement and evaluate high-quality, customer-driven library programs and services across the system. Manages the Adult and Community Engagement (ACE) and Youth and Family Engagement (YFE) departments.Core Competencies and Key Responsibilities
