Under the direction of the Cataloging and Processing Manager, this role oversees the Processing Department’s operations, managing high-volume workflows and multiple deadlines. Recruits, develops, and evaluates staff, and collaborates with the management team to maintain schedules, internal communications, and the department’s SharePoint site.
